Graduates demonstrate theoretically-based, applications-orientated management skills in private and church-based social welfare organisations. Knowledge gained from Social Sciences, social legislation, and the field of Economics, as well as ethical and theological considerations, are linked to skills in strategic project and organisational development. Graduates will complete a research project in the field of the social and health sector, demonstrating competence in critical self-reflection and communication skills. The program includes training in teamwork and cooperation as well as engaging a creative approach to diversity.
