Internationalisation strategy

The internationalisation strategy describes the international and intercultural orientation of the EvH RWL, and it thus bears reference to the university’s commission to assume social responsibility. This is something that the EvH RWL, as a church-run university for professions in the social and healthcare sector, regards itself as having a particularly strong commitment to. The focus of the strategy is therefore – besides the promotion of international exchanges – especially on the advancement of intercultural and international learning at the EvH RWL, on increasing the intercultural competence of all members of the university, and on the inclusion of people with a migration history.

The internationalisation strategy of the EvH RWL was drawn up in a participatory process involving all university groups, and it was adopted by the University Senate on 15 January 2019.
