All degree-seeking applicants who apply with certificates from abroad must apply via the service centre "uni-assist e.V.“ in Berlin. A direct application to the university is not possible. On behalf of the EvH RWL, uni-assist processes all study applications from prospective students who present proof of education from abroad: https://www.uni-assist.de/en/
